Perfectly positioned on Mauldeth Road in the heart of Manchester's vibrant Fallowfield area, this spacious property offers excellent connectivity and convenience. The neighborhood is popular with both students and professionals, featuring a mix of local shops, cafes, and restaurants along Wilmslow Road. Platt Fields Park is within walking distance, offering green spaces for recreation and relaxation.
The area boasts superb transport links with frequent bus services to the city center and universities. Local amenities include Fallowfield Retail Park and various international eateries. Perfect for those seeking a well-connected location in a dynamic, multicultural community.
