INTO THE GREEN: QUIET AND SILENCE CLOSE TO VENICE !!!

The house (independent portion) is in Mestre (mainland of Venice historic center), area Terraglio-Favorita.

Airport of Venice about 20 min and airport of Treviso about 30 min. drive. Highway 10 min drive. The bus to Venice is 200 meters to the house. In 15 minutes by bus you can reach the train to the art cities of Padua, 20 min; Vicenza, 40 min; Verona, 1 h.

The accommodation is located in Mestre (part of the municipality of Venice located on the mainland, unlike the historic center that is built on the lagoon) 4 km from the center.

The internal structure measures about 65 square meters and is very airy as the ceilings (wooden beams) are more than 3 meters high and a large window connects the interior to a large covered patio overlooking a planted garden protected from prying eyes.

The accommodation consists of:
-new kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, blender and coffee machine capsules. Included in the price is the necessary for the preparation of breakfast (coffee, tea, snacks, biscuits, jam, juices, salt and oil);
- large living room with glazed patio and garden where you can stay and eat meals and breakfast. There is a flat screen TV and hi-fi system as well as a double sofa bed.
- large double bedroom with spacious wardrobe and dresser;
- modern and spacious bathroom with shower and phon
- free parking immediately adjacent to the accommodation.

Within a few minutes drive you will find several shopping centers, numerous bars and restaurants, as well as the hospital.

A casa di Jolanda offers the possibility of staying along the Napoleonic road (called Terraglio) that connects Venice to Treviso, rich in summer villas of the ancient Venetian patricians.
The accommodation is located in an urban context rich in greenery, quiet and built with villa-house type single or semi-detached with large gardens.

Guests can use all the spaces of Jolanda’s house, as well as the garden in front of the patio, Keeping in mind that this one is shared with the main building where the owners stay. Pets may use the garden provided they are supervised to avoid excessive disturbance.

As a rule, the owners personally welcome and assist guests for the entire duration of their stay....no key box !!!!

Upon arrival at the hotel guests will have to pay the tourist tax required by the city of Venice, equal to 4 euros per person per night. The amount is collected by the host who will pay it to the municipality.

Additional services are provided for a fee, such as shuttle to and from the airport, railway stations and Venice piazzale Roma, bay sitter service and dog sitter. Possible use of vintage clothes on the occasion of carnival
