Converted Barn,full of character, with large pool and grounds

In the heart of the Dordogne, A Converted barn with many original features, Large entertainment areas both inside and out, Large pool and baby pool and many facilities. Ideal for families and/ or groups of friends.
The property is arranged as a pair of semidetached houses with a connecting door on the upper level. The ground floors have the bedrooms and bathrooms. ( cooler at night in the hot summers ) The upper floors are large rooms with kitchen, dining and sitting areas with mezzanines in part of the area.
One double bedroom with ensuite and 2 twin bedrooms with a shower room in each house. Thus 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Also 2 double beds on mezzanines on the upper level.
All bathrooms have large showers, one ensuite also has a bath . There is a cot in the double room in the right hand house and there are 2 large travel cots. 2 high chairs and a baby bath. All cots have a supply of linen and covers. Maximum capacity of the property is 16 people ( plus babies/ infants )
All linen is provided for the beds. Towels. tea towels and hand towels are provided.
There is a full size pool table in the left hand house.
Both houses are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery , glasses and full catering equipment. Each house has a dishwasher, gas hob, double electric oven, microwave, 2 fridges and a freezer, coffee machine, kettles and toasters. There is also an ice maker.
There is English and French TV in the right hand house, A TV with DVD player in left hand house with a selection of DVD s. There is High speed internet/ wifi.
A number of fans are available for the warmer evenings. Log burners in each sitting area. There is a large ceiling mounted fan fitted above the exterior table and a bug light to allow for comfortable external dining.
There is a separate Utility room with 2 washing machines, a spin dryer, drying racks, iron and ironing board. There is also an external clothes line with pegs. The utility room also has a cupboard with various sports equipment and weight lifting kit.
There is a private covered area for Al Fresco dining to the rear ,adjoining the pool area. A Barbeque and table tennis table.A Large grass area is to the front of the property with patio, casual seating, boule pitch, badminton/ volley ball and children`s play area,
Many of the Dordogne attractions are close by. An 18 hole golf course is directly opposite the property and a 9 hole course is close by.
Sarlat, Beynac, Domme, Castlenaud are all within20 mins drive or less.
There are number of Chateaux and Caves within the area too.
