Our villa is located in Kalkan-Kalamar and offers spectacular views of the bay and the offshore islands. The property has 4 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people (The villa will be expanded from three to four bedrooms in winter 2025/2026).
The outdoor area of the villa has an infinity pool, sun loungers, parasols, a seating area, a dining set and a barbecue area. In addition, one of the tastefully decorated bedrooms has a Jacuzzi where you can relax from the fatigue and stress of everyday life.

Kitchen : The stylish and modern American kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, dining set, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Lounge : In the living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed views, guests will find a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is access from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st bedroom : A double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2nd bedroom : One double bed, balcony, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

3rd bedroom : Two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, a balcony, a wardrobe, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a bathroom/WC.
