Important Information - *Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.*

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 94cm and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge patio doors which are 125cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 115cm wide and the grounds are flat/even and the pool has steps with no handrail to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the 4th bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground door is also 80cm wide which is the ensuite to the 4th bedroom. The door into the kitchen/dining room is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 115cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
