This housing type is suitable for 8 people and has an extra luxurious finish. The water villas are sustainably designed and have solar panels and an air/water heat pump. The garden is generously laid out with a waterside deck and features a Jacuzzi and Kamado BBQ. On the ground floor are the garden-oriented living room with open kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are a second and third and fourth bedroom, as well as a second and third bathroom and second separate toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning, which can be used at an additional charge.
