Literally 1 minute walking to the beautiful mirror-like lake; historic monuments and the city square, port & promenade. Few steps around are all the facilities you need.
Smart Tv with Netflix and other apps as well as Premium Sport Package with all the international matches available.
Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon aperitivo or evening wine at the lovely patio with private access.

You'll have a private studio room on the ground floor (private bathroom inside, lake view and charming patio just for you). There is another studio apartment on the ground floor and an apartment on the first floor (separate entrance).

Free private parking near the post office, 2-3 minutes walking from the villa.
Guests must climb stairs as the house is located at the old town and in a private alley with no car access.
Potential for noise during weekends and season at nights (the house overlooks the city square where lots of bars and restaurants are located).
Breakfast and Shuttle service possible to arrange.
