Welcome to The Old Pottery, a beautiful spacious beach house located just two minutes from the heart of Rhosneigr. Full of character and charm, fitted with all the amenities and furnishings you could need for large families or groups. This pet-friendly detached house is located on a quiet residential road within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and convenience store.

SStep inside the front door and you'll be greeted by a huge open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space on the ground floor. The living area has beautiful interiors, coastal tones, three comfy sofas, and a large wall mounted TV with sliding doors leading out to the front patio area. The fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream, boasting four electric ovens, an induction hob, two integrated fridges and freezers, and a large island - perfect for meal prep or socialising. Another feature is the dedicated coffee cupboard, complete with a Nespresso machine, making mornings a little more special.

Children will love the large games/cinema room, just off the kitchen dining area, featuring a large smart TV, books, table football, and plenty of space to relax. The ground floor also includes a king bedroom, a twin room, and a modern shower room (no bath) just down the hall from games room. Just off the kitchen is a utility, that offers a washing machine and tumble dryer, large sink, and ample space for storing all your gear, while the back door leads to a spacious patio.

On the first floor, there is a master bedroom that boasts a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, a dressing room and sea views. A second king bedroom (also en-suite) and two additional twin rooms provide space for everyone. The family bathroom on this floor includes a bath, shower, toilet, and sink.

Outside, the property there is a large patio, a great spot for BBQ's and perfect for al fresco dining, which is alongside a securely gated driveway with parking for multiple vehicles and an ICS EV charging point.

With Rhosneigr's sandy beaches just a short walk away, you can choose between the quiet cove of Ty Tywyn or the bustling Broad Beach for water sports, family picnics, or relaxing strolls. Dine at local favourites like The Oyster Catcher, The Sandy Mount, or The Blue Olive, or take advantage of the Anglesey Coastal Path for hiking adventures.
