The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, offering a restful retreat after a busy day. The second bedroom has a single bed and ample storage. We provide one bath towel per guest and one bath mat and hand towel per bathroom.

Our private car park is charged at £10 per night per vehicle and requires prior reservation dependent on availability. The car park is height restricted to 2.1m & not recommended for vehicles wider than 2.3m.
Malthouse Court is conveniently situated 500m from Reading town centre and 750m from Reading railway station. Madejski Football Stadium, home to Reading FC, is 3.8km from the property and the nearest airport is London Heathrow, 37km from the property.
The building is a four-storey, private gated development consisting of 14 apartments and a communal roof terrace. Each apartment offers a mix of contemporary design with modern features to create a perfect home for your stay.
The living areas are incredibly spacious and provide a true ‘own home’ experience with a flat screen HD TV, comfortable seating and a dining area.
The ultra-modern kitchens are well-equipped with top of the range cooking and laundry appliances; including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, an oven, a hob, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils ready for use. We provide complimentary essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and cereals.
Each apartment consists of two stylish bedrooms with one double or two single beds, fresh linen, bedside tables, spacious wardrobes, chest of draws and a dressing table. Sockets are conveniently situated around the bedrooms.
The bathrooms are fitted with high powered bath/shower facilities and include towels and complimentary toiletries.
Extra enticing amenities include a private balcony and a rooftop terrace with skyline views.
Additional fee information - £200 refundable security deposit payment and £40 non-refundable cleaning fee are payable. Gated parking can be arranged and is charged at £10 per vehicle, per night.
