The apartment has a contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath, plus complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room.

Situated in the Sheldon area of Birmingham, a slightly quieter neighbourhood, but still within easy reach of the city - the best of both worlds! Birmingham centre can be reached in around 20 minutes by car or bus. There's an array of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, with a large Tesco supermarket just opposite the property and a large retail park just 5 minutes away. Sheldon park is just 2 minutes from the apartment, perfect for a morning stroll. Solihull is also just a 15 minute drive away or 30 minute bus
Getting Around:
There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property, and there is a Tesco just opposite. Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus. Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in 20 minutes, or a 15 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
