Totalmente reformado con acabados de lujo, elegantemente amueblado, tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Wi-Fi gratuito.
Situado a sólo 5 minutos a pie del Ponte Vecchio, una ubicación muy céntrica ideal para visitar las principales atracciones, sin necesidad de utilizar el coche.
Primer piso sin ascensor, pero gracias a dos cortas y cómodas rampas se puede acceder sin dificultad.
Consta de dos habitaciones dobles con TV, una de ellas con baño privado completo. Además hay otro baño completo, en el pasillo que conduce a los dormitorios.
Salón con sofá y TV, comedor, cocina americana completa (nevera, congelador, horno, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora, lavavajillas).
Equipado con los siguientes servicios: A/C, calefacción independiente, lavadora, secador de pelo y primer suministro de ropa de cama y toallas.

The space was very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable! Considering how much we walked each day (9 miles on day 2) that comfort was greatly appreciated. Property description said there was a ramp to make access easy, but it was two levels of a few stairs each. Having two suitcases each (3 of us), it was tricky but we do fine. Great location - so easy to get out and walk everywhere - even to the train station when we did a day trip to Venice. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Florence!

Elegantly decorated apartment in a fabulous, convenient location. It is on the second level, so there are not too many stairs to climb. Everything, seems to have been recently updated with good taste and high quality.

This apt is in a perfect location! So quiet! It’s just across the bridge from all the sites but the neighborhood is very friendly with great restaurants a few steps away. The apt is as advertised. Very comfortable and everything worked great. What a treat to have 2 full bathrooms! The check in/out is super easy.

What a wonderful location for a spacious apartment in the heart of Florence, just over the Arno, close to both Santa Croce area and the Boboli Gardens. Comfortable beds, nice to have two showers/bathrooms when traveling with our family of four.

This apartment is a truly fantastic location. It’s so easy to bop in and out to all the things you want to see and do. Since it’s on the 1st floor- only 1 flight of stairs- it’s very fast to get in and out, but the apartment is also quite dark for that reason. It’s definitely bare bones in terms of kitchen equipment etc… this is not the apartment to rent if you want to be cooking! If you’re looking for just a place to sleep in a good location for exploring this is a pretty good choice.

This is a lovely spacious apartment just steps away from restaurants, gelato, coffee, groceries and unique artisan shops on the Oltrarno side of the city. Literally across the street from Bardini villa and gardens if you want some quiet time and beautiful Piazzale Michelangelo is a 10 minute walk for incredible views of the city. We loved our stay here.

The apartment was ideally situated for the historic quarter--very easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had two couples staying there and it worked very well. The host was pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. One tip: be sure you get instructions on how to use the heating/air conditioning units in each room!

The apartment is in a great location, walkable to all attractions, restaurants and bars etc. The beds are extremely comfortable with really good quality bed linens and pillows. The shower also good with lovely towels.However, if you are a group staying here the living room area is tiny with one small two seater sofa. There was only one wine glass and four water glasses.I feel that if you are renting out a property before the next people arrive a check inspection should be carried out, there was no light bulb in the bedside lamp in the second bedroom and the TV in the ensuite room would not connect to the Internet. There was a yellow line running down the screen on the TV in the lounge. There are so many switches in the apartment on the walls that are obsolete which was quite confusing.There is ongoing building works right opposite the apartment which was not mentioned in the description with the scaffolding reaching the bedroom apartment window.I feel that a small welcome pack of water and milk would be much appreciated as a nice gesture.Overall even though the above the apartment is in a great location

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a wonderful location. It is an easy walk to many museums and the Boboli garden. The apartment is also close to great gelato and a wine window. The amenities were very nice. The only drawback was construction going on in the adjacent apartment and the crew started work early in the morning, making it noisy in one of the bedrooms. The host was very nice and helpful, yet it would be helpful if there was a more automated way to access getting the key for check-in.

The location of this apartment is excellent and within easy walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. We also appreciated being allowed to check in about 30 minutes early.Unfortunately, the apartment did not live up to its description as a luxury property. One bedroom air conditioner did not work at all during our stay, which was a significant issue given the hot and humid weather. We reported it immediately, and while technicians were supposedly sent, the unit was never repaired.We also reported burned-out light bulbs in the guest bedroom and master bathroom. We were told replacements would be provided, but they never arrived. One bedroom light switch was also faulty and required paper wedged into it to keep the light on.The most disappointing part was the response from management. Communication became defensive, and despite promises that repairs were being arranged, none of the reported issues were resolved before we left.The location is the property’s best feature, but the maintenance problems and lack of follow-through significantly affected our stay. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend it. I have screenshots from the property manager if anyone wants to see them.

Great place to stay

I traveled with my 2 teens and we loved this place. It was just outside of the chaotic downtown but so easy to access the downtown area. The apartment was very clean and just perfect for our 5-day stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was my first visit to Florence & I can’t wait to come back. This apt is one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The descriptions & pics are accurate. It’s comfortable, quiet & a perfect location. It’s close to sights, restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. Go to Za Za for dinner- it’s amazing- but make a reservation. The beds, pillows & bedding are 10/10. The host was friendly & communicated well. Do not look further- book this apt.

Great stay on Florence

A very nice place, located in a great district close to the Arno River, with lots of restaurants, store, a market, & bars. The place was clean & just enough space for the four of us. Easy to access & host was very responsive to questions & gave information when asked.
