Lotsa Fun Too is a luxurious beachfront home located in an exclusive gated community known as Vizcaya. This highly sought after community is in the heart of Dune Allen Beach placing you right in the middle of great restaurants, golf courses, nightlife, and leisure activities. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, Lotsa Fun Too makes for the perfect family getaway. The home includes four King Suites, all with private bathrooms attached, as well as a Twin Bunk room for the kids with access to an additional full bathroom. Two of the King bedrooms have access to the second floor beachfront balcony, while the Master Bedroom offers beautiful views overlooking the community pool also from the second floor balcony. A modern gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances awaits the household chef allowing for savory home cooked meals and an open dining area to serve your guests. Best Ocean Balcony View

This was a great house! The view from the balcony is amazing. We spent as much time as possible on the balcony unless we were down at the beach. The house is beautifully furnished! We enjoyed the gated community and the location was close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Steps away from the ocean. The beach was never crowded. Plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. Parking is tight so keep that in mind. Also, there are a lot of steps. It worked fine for us but could be hard on some. We had 1 issue with the hot water not working in some of the bathrooms but it was fixed quickly. Otherwise no problems at all. All in all it was a perfect home for our family Vacay. Would return!!

Lots of fun with a dose of problems

The property is gorgeous. Very comfortable! However the day we arrived the second floor AC was not cooling.. a repairman came promptly then Monday a follow up visit occurred but it was still not great. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking however we could not use the oven. We had hired a chef for Wednesday evening to cook for our family. He adapted but it was a hassle . We had to change the menu. The smoke alarm battery had also gone bad and it beeped all night long the first evening. We couldn’t reach it to replace the bad battery ourselves, so on Monday a repairman came. The lower drawer of the dishwasher didn’t work. It was full of water. The coffee pot worked but didn’t keep the coffee hot. It also leaked. We have stayed in numerous homes throughout the 30 some years we’ve come to the Florida beaches. I realize Covid caused issues for repairs, however for the amount of money we spent I didn’t feel we had that kind of experience. If you charge 5 star prices then one expects that kind of experience. The purpose of vacation is to get away from home and relax….not to worry about making lists to call the management company with.

Beautiful views

This was such a perfect place for our 11 people! The views were spectacular! We will come again to Lots of Fun Too! Our only drawback was the inability to use the elevator. The stairs are steep and living area is on the third floor. Groceries and luggage were hard for us but we did get good exercise!

Checkout Instructions

Awesome place overall! However, there were no checkout instructions shared with the reservation or on guest portal or at the house. Sent an msg on the guest portal but didn't get a response. When tried to checkout on the phone before leaving, property manager said we were supposed to load the dishwasher, etc. Would've been nice if checkout instructions were shared along with reservation or on guest portal. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay so much, we have already booked next year’s vacation at the same house!

This house was perfect for our family. Each of our 3 married children had their own master suite, plus a bunk room with its own bath for the grandkids!

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location.

Only a few issues. With 4 small children and bad knees and the kitchen on the 3rd floor, it was difficult. The outdoor shower was very dangerous. It needs a mat and some sort of privacy. The kitchen was well supplied except no pitcher at all. There was no place to put food except on the counter. I would go back if I could use elevator.

Great house. Loved the community and the private beach.

The house was great. Loved the balcony over looking the gulf on the third floor. My family spent a lot of time here. Kitchen and living room are outstanding. Kitchen was well stocked. The wine fridge and ice maker are a plus. The one draw back are the stairs. Gettingg luggage and groceries upstairs to the third floor was very difficult. I even had one family member fall down a flight a stairs and had to bring her to emergency room. Luckily she was fine. I would probably rent the house again especially if we were able to use the elevator.
