This charming 2-bedroom ground floor apartment in The Priory is a serene retreat ideal for unwinding after a busy day. With sweeping views across Sandown Bay to the stunning Culver Cliffs, you can enjoy breath taking sea vistas from the balcony, perfect for watching ships pass by.
Dating back to 1864, The Priory is set amidst two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Winding paths throughout the grounds allow you to soak in the picturesque views. The apartment is conveniently located on the coastal path, just 10 minutes from the Old Village, offering easy access to local attractions. The sandy beach is about a mile's walk downhill, where you'll find a variety of dining options and amusements.
The apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living area, a double bedroom with an en-suite, a twin room, and a main bathroom. Step outside to the railed balcony and enjoy the panoramic views—an ideal spot for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening sundowners.

The well equipped kitchenette has the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine.
The spacious master bedroom has bedside cabinets with lamps and an ensuite shower room with wc and hand wash basin.
The double aspect twin bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside table.
The family bathroom has a shower over bath, wc and hand basin.
Outdoor Space: Communal grounds wrap around The Priory. Guest parking is provided to the front of the building.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
PLEASE NOTE:
Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £35 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £150 before check-in.
If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.
Pets are not permitted.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
