A wonderful hall leads to a separate fully equipped, modern kitchen and second bedroom. The full bathroom with shower, plus another separate shower and toilet make the apartment a very comfortable proposition; perfect for couples, families or working professionals.

LIVING AREA
Overlooking Marine Square Brighton, the living area has a tonne of natural daylight. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch, lunch or dinner for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

BATHROOM
- The main bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.

- The apartment also features both and extra separate toilet with sink and shower room with sink.

• There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use.
