Su jardín y terraza privados son el entorno perfecto para disfrutar de un café por la mañana o de una barbacoa al atardecer, mientras los niños pueden disfrutar de los juegos al aire libre.

A solo 100 m de un tranquilo bosque, es perfecta para pasear por la naturaleza. Los restaurantes más cercanos están a 1 km y un supermercado a 7 km. Un pintoresco lago se encuentra a 10 km, perfecto para una excursión de verano. El centro de la ciudad también está a 10 km si le apetece explorar.
