Este luminoso y moderno apartamento de 2 habitaciones en planta baja se encuentra en una zona tranquila de la encantadora ciudad fortificada de Klütz, a pocos pasos de la plaza del mercado. Decorado con buen gusto, ofrece todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones relajantes, incluyendo un amplio salón-comedor, dos dormitorios, una cocina totalmente equipada, un baño y un amplio recibidor.

Un punto a destacar es la acogedora terraza privada con muebles de jardín y preciosas vistas a la ciudad y a la iglesia, perfecta para disfrutar de tardes tranquilas después de un día de turismo. El apartamento se siente como en casa e incluye wifi, plaza de aparcamiento y todos los gastos de energía.

Klütz se encuentra en la pintoresca región de Klützer Winkel, en la costa báltica de Mecklemburgo, rodeada de campos, bosques, pueblos pintorescos y casas con techo de paja. El popular balneario de Boltenhagen, en el mar Báltico, está a solo 3 km y se puede llegar fácilmente en coche o bicicleta a través de un carril bici. Su larga playa de arena, su paseo marítimo, sus cafés y sus barcos de excursión a Wismar o Lübeck lo convierten en un destino fantástico para excursiones de un día.
