It was ok but I would rather not book it again. What's really good is that it's close to city center. Unfortunately, it didn't help with the cleanliness. The showerhead was partly black, as was the grout in the shower; I ended up cleaning the showerhead myself. The carpet wasn't very clean either, and vacuuming didn't really help. I didn't like the fact that, during a stay of nearly two weeks, we were provided with only two large towels and one small one; for a two-week stay, it would have been nice to have them changed at least once—free of charge. It is great that you can cook there. Overall, I didn't think much of the accommodation-sorry. Yes, it is an old building, but they could still spruce things up a bit—install new flooring or put new covers on the kitchen chairs. I didn't want to sit on them.

it’s in a very good area, and the hosts respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. they were ev

it’s in a very good area, and the hosts respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. they were even able to add an extra day to my stay when my train was cancelled, which was a huge relief. the apartment itself was cozy, largely spaced and despite being above a bar you couldn’t hear much except on the weekend. there’s a little heater you can bring from room to room as it does get a bit cold and i wasn’t sure when the radiators came on. very good area, everything i wanted to get too was within walking distance, the the bar below itself was lovely. the amount of locks on each door made it feel very secure, and removed the worry of having to keep a key. all amenities worked, and there was clear instructions on how to work everything. the bed wasn’t the comfiest but there was an extra duvet and with that on top it was a lot better. overall i really enjoyed it, and me and my partner hope to stay again soon :) probably will be my go to accommodation when available. thankyou

We stupidly arrived a day early not realising until we got in the building. After a quick panic message to GuestReady on WhatsApp they had us sorted with an extra night in minutes. Could not fault the customer service, it was 10/10. The apartment itself was brilliant, so much room. Even though it was above a pub we didn't hear any noise and we were on the 1st floor. The location was perfect, took us about 10 minutes to walk to the AO Arena and although you cant park outside the hotel, we found plenty of 24 hour car parks very close by. If I had to pick out anything as a negative, it would be how small the shower was and the temperature was very temperamental for the first few minutes, but honestly, it wouldn't put me off staying again. I think it will be our new regular place to stay when we visit Manchester.
