Villa Cedrat - on a vineyard

This lovely family villa is located at the entrance of Roquebrune-sur-Argens on a small vineyard, nestled in a garden full of citrus and olive trees, tall palm trees and magnificent cyrpresses.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and TV room, AC in all bedrooms, a swimming pool and large grounds.
Guests can walk to the village in 20mn, there is a restaurant mn away and there is also a large lake with plenty of water activities for children and the young at heart.

The villa sits on large grounds at the back of the vineyard with a flat lawn area, a long drive flanked by many cypresses and a charming garden with many mediterranean plants like lavenders, fig and olive trees, lemon, orange and mandarine trees and a beautiful rose garden.

The 10*5m pool is surrounded by large stone terraces and sits beneath the majestic Rocher de Roquebrune with its ocre stones silhouetted against the blue southern sky. Sunsets and the views of the "Rocher de Roquebrune" red mountain are stunning and will charm every guest. Mornings are peaceful with the sounds of nature and the occasional distant din of a tractor working in the vineyard fields.

The entrance opens onto a dinng room with, on the right handside, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room behind it with a large fireplace and comfortable sofas.

The villa is spacious and furnished in an elegant, international style that includes French and Scandinavian antiques as well as comfortable American bedding throughout

There is a large living room on the left of the dining room, with satellite TV, direct access to the garden and pool area.

The TV room is located upstairs on the way to the first floor where you will find an office area on the landing and all 4 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds, wardrobe and pool view; one with 2 queensize beds. These two share a bathroom with shower enclosure, vanity and WC. There is a master bedroom with a large kingsize bed and an adjoining kids bedroom with trunk beds. There is an ensuite bathroom and private terrace. The bathrooms are decorated with tiles from Salernes, stone counters and antique, terracotta floors.

This charming property is close to the seaside with Les Issambres 10mn away, Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez a short drive further.

There are also 4 golf courses nearby for green aficionados, a large water park 10mn on food, several shops in the nearby shopping area and the quaint village of Roquebrune is also within walking distance.
