San Vito Charming Apartment

A 90-square-meter apartment with balconies and a panoramic terrace, located in the historic center of Forio d'Ischia, behind the famous Church of San Vito, just a stone's throw from the main street and the port of Forio (5 min), and a few minutes from the island's most beautiful and famous beaches.

The apartment is located in the narrow alleys of Forio (typical narrow streets).
The apartment is very bright and equipped with every amenity.

There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a room with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and every kind of utensil. The dining room features an extendable table that seats up to 8 people. From one of the apartment’s two balconies, a staircase leads to the large terrace on the upper floor, offering spectacular views of Mount Epomeo, the Church of San Vito, and some of Forio’s towers. You can enjoy the terrace for lunch, to sip an aperitif on the sofas, or simply to sunbathe on the comfortable lounge chairs. There is no shade available on the terrace.

Electricity bills are paid SEPARATELY. You’ll need to send a photo of the meter behind the yellow curtain at check-in and check-out so we can calculate the bill.

The tourist tax is paid SEPARATELY. 2 euros per day per person up to the 7th day of your stay,
