Place was clean. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Resort itself is dated, pools are yuck, and the entrance traffic getting in the resort is horribly unorganized.

Perfect family trip

We decided to take a very last min trip and ended up in paradise. Wonderful staff everywhere around every corner. Lovely meeting other friendly guest and absolutely gorgeous property with endless activities which the kiddos cried for all the way home. We chose good and will absolutely be back.

Great stay

Overall very nice property to stay on. We got a renovated villa so it was very nice! Close to Disney parks and kids enjoyed the pool very much!

Convenient location with lots of amenities!

Enjoyed the restaurants, Starbucks, arcade, pools & close proximity to everything Disney! Only issues we encountered were not enough towels & our key stopped working but the resort responded to both promptly & even checked back to make sure we were taken care of! Definitely would recommend!!!

Great place!

Very nice! They are renovating the entire place. Great place for families. 14 pools! Plus a water park which currently is $25 a person. Took use about 15-20 minutes to get to Sea World.

Westgate vacation villas

Loved the property.. I we been coming since 2014.. They have never disappointed me.... Villa was well cleaned. Hospitality awesome! Upgraded amenities.. Loved it!

Breath taking - Beautiful

Myself wife and kids had one the best times of our live we were saying this morning we wish it wouldn't end so quick, but overall the resort was beautiful, to the owner thanks for your wonderful hospitality and your call to us on Thursday meant ALOT that was a 1st class move on your part we can't wait to return...love Westgate..thank you so MUCH!!!

Wouldn’t stay again. Didn’t care for the resort

It was fine. Pet fees were high and not communicated well. There were no special touches and missing certain bathroom needs (hairdryer, etc).

Nice resort and friendly staff but a few problems

A very nice resort and convenient to WDW. First unit we checked into had to AC working. But they switched us without too much problem. Other unit dishwasher did not work. We just couldn't wash the dishes, but didn't know that until halfway through our stay. Otherwise, rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the many pools and hot tubs.

not very impressed!

The photo was very misleading and our children could not enjoy themselves because the recreational pools with slides were too kiddish. Plus our rooms were both very musty and one toilet in the first room given to us were clogged. All I can say is the place is old! I will not stay here again unless it's fully renovated inside out.

Location was great but had cockroaches

Location and amenities and even restaurants on property were great for our 3 day Disney trip with 3 kids but first morning we found 2 BIG cockroaches in kids bedroom and next day 2 in kitchen. Thankfully we we’re barely in the villa as we had Disney tickets but we checked our luggage multiple times and kids were anxious at night. We texted the property manager the first morning and she was very apologetic and said she was sending someone to assist with problem but we were at Disney when that happened. They also have us free water park passes for the next day for our inconvenience which was nice.

Great resort BUT

I would stay here again but the cleaning crew needs to make some adjustments to how they clean. The floors REALLY need a professional tile clean our socks were black. And some furniture can be moved around so it can cleaned underneath. The place was clean but the floors just could be much cleaner! The beds were comfortable and the upgrades are nice. OVERALL the resort was great very convenient but we were disappointed about the waterpark as the slides were closed. Also during the slow season the restaurants are closed 2 days a week. Italian restaurant> Sunday and Monday Mexican Restaurant Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Mexican restaurant was awesome.

Do not do the tour!

This was my second time staying at Westgate. I was offered to take a tour about their properties. The man that gave me the tour started out really friendly. As we made it to the end he was trying to sell me a timeshare. I explained that I would take the information to think about it as I never make hasty decisions when making a commitment to something. His demeanor quickly changed. He repeatedly asked what was it that I didn’t understand. I said if I actually traveled the way I told him I did then I wouldn’t have to think about it. He belittled me and went on to say that I would never be allowed to stay at the property again because Westgate doesn’t waste time on small vacations; they are only interested in selling timeshares and the owners of such. That tour changed my opinion on everything. When I left I went on to research timeshares with them because I was interested as to why he was pushing so hard. I’ll let you do your own investigation.
