We had the most wonderful stay in this lovely home! Todd and Karen, sincerest thank you for your hospitality! Everything from the delightful hot tub to the charming gazebo to the spacious rooms, comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen -everything was perfect! I thoroughly enjoyed Saturday evening enjoying my tea in the gazebo during the rain! The kids loved the bunk beds, the corn hole board, the hot tub, and we all loved having the space for all 7 of us to move around! I hope we can stay at your beautiful home the next time we’re in Milwaukee!!

Nice, roomy home!

My husband grew up in Milwaukee and we try to bring the kids at least every year or so. We usually get a hotel room but decided to try a VRBO this time. It was great! Everyone had their own room and there was plenty of space to relax. The hot tub and gazebo were really nice to relax in. We met the owners (who live next door) and they were very kind and welcoming. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit.

Graduation Weekend

Great location for our family weekend in Milwaukee for college graduation. Less than 10 minutes to the airport and about 12 minutes from downtown. The home is large, clean, welcoming, and had some special perks like an enclosed gazebo and outdoor hot tube. We were welcomed with a couple of bottles of wine which was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend Karen’s place!

Lovely stay in WI

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners could not have been nicer and easier to deal with. They were very responsive to all questions. They even helped us with the hot tub and shoveled the driveway for us in the morning. The home was very clean and well stocked. My son loved the bunk beds! The location is great....very close to restaurants, shops, etc. We came in town for a quick weekend ski trip and will definitely plan to come back.

Welcoming, beautiful, clean, and peaceful.

This home is located close to the airport, which makes it wonderful for pick up and drop offs. It is on a busy street, but once you are in the home, it is quiet and you forget about the street. This home also offers easy freeway access. The backyard to this home is a wonderful gathering area. The screened in gazebo with furniture and the hot tub make it a nice place to retreat to at the beginning and end of your day. The grounds are beautifully manicured and offer peaceful relaxation. The kitchen is updated and the home is very clean with all the amenities you will need for your stay. The owners are very accommodating to any unexpected needs that may arise. We would definitely recommend this home for your stay. We would rent this home again.

Comfortable and convenient. Good bathrooms and kitchen, great hosts.

Karen and Doug were excellent hosts. The house was equipped with all the amenities. Coffee and fixins’, a bottle of white and red each, beers in the fridge and water for when we arrived. The house was very clean and the towels and bed linen fresh with no shortage. The kitchen was great as were both bathrooms. There was even a hairdryer and plenty of hangars. The third bedroom was a little cozy but my daughter said that this was the most comfortable pullout bed she’d ever slept in. Overall we were comfortable and not cramped. This was important since we were visiting Milwaukee for our daughter’s church wedding and she was dressing and leaving for the ceremony from this home. The backyard was so pretty that we took some of the photographs there. Karen was a very relaxed host. She was around when we needed her help but not at all intrusive though she lives right next door. I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the house and backyard. There was a lovely pergola and a big deck. The house was no more than 15-20 minutes from downtown Milwaukee which was such a pleasant surprise - a fun river walk, local breweries, good restaurants and some of our guests also took in a ball game. Since our new in laws live in Milwaukee, we’re looking forward to visiting again and if we have a big enough family group would definitely stay here again. Thanks Karen and Doug. We have great memories.

Location was great for family reunion, owner knew we where doing this here. Parking was very limited as stated. Owner was present next door, made this easier if you needed anything, clean and was a great layout.

Girls weekend!

The 7 of us wanted to hunker down together for the weekend. Comfy and spacious enough with central location. Parking is a bit tight but they assisted in the process. EXCELLENT communication from owners who were VERY friendly and helpful (even came over from next door to take some pictures for us NOTE: this is a town house). We all live in the area and would recommend to extended family who need a place when they are in town.
