La unidad cuenta con internet wifi, TV por cable, aire acondicionado de ventana, microondas, tostadora, secador de cabello, plancha, jabón, champú, acondicionador, toallas (baño y playa), café, té y agua embotellada.

La vista incluye ciudad, canal, cordillera y destellos del océano.

El edificio ofrece una piscina, jacuzzi, terraza grande, parrillas para barbacoa, gimnasio (una tarifa única de $ 5 por uso de los huéspedes), servicio de lavandería con monedas, wifi en áreas comunes, bar y cafetería.

Nice condo well located

The condo is really cozy. Little but has everything that you need. We had some great nights. The bed was comfortable (I read that it was noisy but it itsn't!) and it is true that you can hear the outside but our neighbours were so respectful and we had a good nights there. We recommend.

The detail on the check in information was EXCELLENT and the parking easy and convenient . The mattress is old and uncomfortable and the metal bed frame was squeaky with the lightest movement. The closet door was broken but not a big deal because it seems like all sliding bifold doors in rentals are broken. I know this is a budget property but it would go along way to replace the bed frame with a sturdy wood platform frame that you can get on Amazon for just over 200.00 and would alleviate needing a box spring. An inexpensive bed in a box would be a big upgrade.

Nice and quiet

This is my 2nd stay with the owners units, I enjoyed both stays,the unit is suited about a 12 minute walk to beach and center, 7eleven is next door and across the road there are food trucks, great for a solo traveller's or couple, has microwave, and coffee maker and toaster, the view is the river side nice at night with all the lights, the shower was nice and strong., the owner was away but every time I contacted him straight away he would answer, good security, there's a pool on the 6th floor, I'm coming back to Hawaii next April 2024 and will be staying with them twice in there condo. I recommend it.

This is only a room

We must admit we ar very disappointed in our stay in this room. This is not a Condo with a kitchen - there is no stove or oven - no chopping board, no bowls or scissors and so forth. The hole point to choose a Condo is to make our own food - which we could not do without a stove or oven, and there usually is in a kitchen as you advertise on Vrbo. AND there is no privacy - we could here the neighbours conversations and I guess they could hear ours. We did not sleep at all. This was just a room with thin thin walls. We are so upset. I have never in my time of travling for over 30 years experienced the pictures and text on Vrbo being so far from reality. Your shower have a hole in the wall ! We moved out to another location. I am asking you to put the right information on your text advertisement on Vrbo so no one else ends up in this situation. Maybe you will even consider refunding some of the rent to us, to compensate

Convenient and comfortable!

I really enjoyed staying in this studio! It was a perfect location for exploring Honolulu and Waikiki, and it had everything that I needed. Pros: -convenient -reasonably priced -luggage storage option is great! -great A/C -friendly staff and host Cons: -Dated and a little run down. Definitely not luxury by any means. Desperately needs new paint, a deep cleaning, and more bedding. -Very thin walls. Neighbors were respectful of quiet hours but you can hear everything -No cell phone service and incredibly slow Wifi (10mb/s), I was hoping to get some work done but that wasn't possible -Keycards are awful and had to be fixed almost every day. No matter how careful you are about keeping them separate from phones/wallets, they stopped working all the time. (seemed to common for the whole building)

Location is great

Very thorough in getting into our room after hours.... really enjoyed our stay....all the amenities we needed handy for travelling around. Within walking distance to the beach but not that close. Would recommend.

Wonderful bed and chairs.

Very clean. Loved the 5th floor space, pool, lounge chairs, hot tub, and clean bbq. Elevators were slow at times.

Disappointed

The Hawaiian Monarch was a disaster-from the moment of our arrival (parking, so called “front desk,” to the room). We stayed about 30 minutes; just long enough to find a motel to stay in for our week in Honolulu. Our first bad experience with VRBO. The pictures of the property were misleading- unclean and unsafe!

This condo worked out just perfect for a couple days exploring the city and visiting Pearl Harbor.

We stopped here for a couple nights for the purpose of seeing Pearl Harbor on our way to a longer vacation in Maui. This place worked great. It was clean and comfortable.

Nice little condo in Waikiki!

Great little place in Waikiki! It's within walking distance to a lot of places in Honolulu and you can use the pool/hot tub in the building. It has plenty of room for one or two people and a beautiful view of Honolulu. Shujie was so nice, very responsive and very helpful. The previous guests messed up the plumbing and since we were only there Sunday night, there was no time to get it fixed for us but it wasn't a problem because Shujie told us what was going on, had a temporary solution for our stay and gave us a little refund to compensate. The only downside was that the guests in suite A were very loud and we had to ask them to be quite around midnight, and parking cost us an extra $25 per 24-hour period. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Waikiki!

I absolutely loved staying at this property! It’s conveniently close to everything we needed.

We had an amazing experience staying here. The view from the room was perfect and it was walking distance from a lot of great places. Not to mention the owner really helped to make sure we were comfortable and was quick to help us with anything we needed. If we come back we will definitely be staying here again!
