The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and more. Dishes, cutlery, cookware, and utensils are provided. While there is no washer, a laundromat is nearby. An iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom are also available.
The street-facing bedroom has a double bed with a high-quality mattress. Fresh sheets, comforters, pillows, and towels are provided. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries to start your stay.
The flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. Heating is provided in winter, and portable fans are available (no air conditioning).

Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to £800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to £800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: £50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; £90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: £120.
