The accommodation is located on the second floor of a 1970s building with a lift and is composed as follows:



- KITCHEN equipped with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, oven and kitchen utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with dining table and chairs, sofa bed, desk and TV.

- BEDROOM with double bed, built-in wardrobe and bridge wardrobe.

- COMPLETE BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine;

- BALCONY with access from the living room.
