Decorated with love, style and lots of character, the villa is expanded in 3 levels. It has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, a fully equipped kitchen as well as an extra kitchenette, and a very spacious private outdoor terrace with a long dining table under a beautiful pergola. Additionally there is a separate private terrace at ground level, very well protected by the strong winds that often blow in Mykonos island.
This is an easy going relaxed house, simple and practical, ideal for holidays and relaxation, in a very quiet location with beautiful views. Away from the noise of Mykonos town, but still so close to all island facilities and nightlife. The famous Psarou, Platys Gialos, Agios Ioannis, Paranga beaches are nearby (less than 5 min by car). Ornos area is also only less than 5 mins away, with excellent supermarket and grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes, butcher/fresh fish, beauty spas, dry clean etc.
In accordance with the new government regulations,the enviromental fee for the property is as follow:

01/04-30/10:15.00 euros per night
01/11-31/03: 4.00 euros per night
