You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighbourhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. The nearest tram stop (Holt Town) is 15 minutes walk from the apartment and Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 20 minute walk away.
