Villa 1 - With fantastic sea views, the ground floor comprises a large sitting room (with adjacent guest WC) with ample seating areas which connect to a dining room and large kitchen with an adjacent bathroom.
A flight of stairs from the kitchen leads to a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor.
A separate flight of stairs from the sitting room leads to a lobby with an en-suite double bedroom with private balcony and a further twin bedded room on a mezzanine floor.
Directly adjacent is a large self contained apartment with an en suite double bedroom and en suite twin bedroom.

A further studio apartment with twin bed, kitchen and bathroom is available by negotiation. This is perfect for a nanny, grandparents or teenagers.

Villa 2 - With commanding views over the sea, swimming pool and grounds this villa has extensive living and dining spaces.
The topmost level is composed of an expansive living/dining area and open plan kitchen. Patio doors lead to a huge terrace with a covered outdoor seating area with enough space for 12 and a suitably large barbeque.
Through an archway from the dining area is an atrium giving access to a double ensuite bedroom (with balcony) and stairs to a twin room on the mezzanine level. Down the stairs from the atrium is another double ensuite bedroom with access to a patio and seating area. From this bedroom is an interconnecting door (which can be locked) that gives access to an ensuite double bedroom and a twin room on the mezzanine level. This self-contained two bedroom apartment also has independent access to the driveway.

Directly overlooking the pool is a large self-contained apartment with ensuite double bedroom, large seating/dining area and kitchen.

A further studio apartment with double bed, kitchen and bathroom is available by negotiation. This is perfect for a nanny, grandparents or teenagers.

Swimming pool - 11m x 6m with easy entry steps

Grounds - Mature gardens with lawns, borders and trees. An orchard at the back of the property has orange, lemon and mandarin trees - feel free to help yourselves to the delicious fruit!

On the pool level is a gazebo which seats up to 10 people has magnificent views to the Aegean Sea and the Tsougria islands.
