Rosa is a first-floor annex consisting of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dining seating for three people, and a sitting area with a TV. Central heating. The bedroom is a king-size double, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed terrace with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.3 miles, and a beach in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. A stay at Rosa promises to be one to remember. Note: Stairs up to the terrace and front door. Note: Step up into the property. Note: The terrace is shared-access with 16A ground floor.
