The kitchen/diner is truly the heart of the home. Large bifold doors flood the space with natural light. Sit at the kitchen island, at the dining table or on the curved banquette. There's plenty of room to spread out! The oversized L-shape sofa is a great spot to gather round and chat or watch the TV.

-Living room 2-
This charming room has a cosy vibe and a period feel. With an elegant colour scheme and a large sink-in sofa, this is a fabulous place to relax, curl up with a good book or play one of the board games supplied.

-Bedroom 1-
This is a large, sunny room on the first floor, with charming features, a king size bed, a large built in wardrobe, TV and ensuite. This is a calming retreat.

-Bedroom 2-
This very large room is the only bedroom on the top (2nd) floor. With dual aspect skylight windows, this bedroom contains a double bed, a sofa bed and a toddler bed, so is a great family bedroom.

-Bedroom 3-
This delightful room has playful motifs on the wall and contains a double bed. With views to the garden, this is a lovely, relaxing room.

-Bedroom 4-
This cosy room has a double bed , with bright accents. It is also a restful, quiet room.

DURING YOUR STAY

Parking - there is on street parking available on the street outside. Visitor parking permits can be provided, with advance notice. There is additional parking via the RingGo app just a few metres from the house.

Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.

This is a residential neighbourhood so excessive noise will not be tolerated.

No parties.

No smoking or vaping allowed inside or in the garden.

If you require use of the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can arrange extra bedding. There is an additional charge of £30.

Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the house.
