Disfrute de esta cabaña junto al lago recién remodelada a pocos pasos del hermoso lago Belle Taine, uno de los mejores lagos recreativos de la zona. Ubicado en los pinos en un punto con playa de arena perfecta y elevación suave. Los niños pueden pescar en el muelle, los peces luna son abundantes. Disfruta de hermosas puestas de sol desde el muelle, cubierta o sentados alrededor de la fogata. Verdaderamente un ajuste único. Muy privado. Canoa y bote de remos incluido, pontón disponible para alquilar. Muelle disponible, trae tu bote. Tres millas del centro de Nevis, Heartland Trail, a una milla de distancia. Very nice short getaway

We stayed for two nights, and had a nice relaxing getaway. We biked to Walker, swam in the lake and visited Nevis’ bbq rib festival which happened to be going on that weekend.We would come and stay at this cabin again.

Great cabin on beautiful lake

The cabin is small but nice and clean!Recently updated and fresh. The lake has lots to offer and great for fishing and watersports. We enjoyed the multiple docks, clean beach area and proximity to town and activities. Hosts are great!

This is our 2nd time here, and once again was an amazing stay!! It’s very kid friendly with an amazing beach and shallow water you can wade into. Fun fishing right off the dock. My kids love the pedal boat too. The place is clean and has the basics that you need. We can’t wait to come back!!

We absolutely loved having a paddleboat, kayaks,, firewood, and everything that we needed for our outdoor fun, etc., included. Linda and Gary were wonderful hosts, and even brought us a parting gift, and gave us a late check out without asking, as no other guests were checking in on the day we left!

Cozy Cabin

Our family of four had a lovely stay at the cabin. We were visiting family down the road and the cabin was a great place to go back to for naps and night time. Everything was quiet and clean! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

We had a great time at the cabin. It is set up nicely and clean. The lake is beautiful and super clear. The dock is so handy as you just leave cabin and jump in boat. The bike trail is very close to cabin . Town of Nevis is handy and has good restaurant , convenience store and an ice cream shop.

This is our 5th year coming back to this cabin and as usual it didn't disappoint. Linda and Gary are great hosts, the property is clean, tidy and comfortable. The location can't be beat. There are tall red pines that shade the property and the lake is just steps away. Lots of activities for kids of all ages - swimming, paddleboating, fishing, going for ice cream in Nevis, biking the Heartland trail etc. We love the convenience of being able to rent the pontoon boat on site. That is always a favorite for my kid. Great stay as usual!

Great cabin!

We had a great stay. The cabin is located on a very quiet and peaceful part of a beautiful lake. Kayaking and canoeing were great and fire pit each night made the day complete! Linda was a great host and fun to visit with.

We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect size for our family of three plus one dog. It’s right on the water with a sandy beach in front. We spent majority of our time down by the water. The hothouse has so many floaties plus there is a kayak, paddle board and paddleboat all available. There’s a fire pit with wood available. The cabin was clean and tidy. Everything you’d need for the kitchen was there. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. We weren’t expecting to be next to their living quarters but they were not intrusive and were gone for most of our stay. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway especially with kids.

Great location

We traveled to the area to do some ATVing, location was perfect, trails readily accessible to travel anywhere. Cabin is right on the water, perfect for a group of 4. Very clean and host has everything you need to spend time in the water or on the beach. Great restaurants nearby, all within a 5-10min drive. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, Secluded Lakeside Paradise

Linda’s place is the perfect family getaway. Children will love playing and swimming on the private beach and our son caught nice sized bass from off the dock. The cabin has everything you need, as well as a fire pit to gather around in the evenings. We will be back!

Great stay

We had a great stay. Kids loved fishing off the dock and the beach was nice and sandy. We enjoyed the extra beach toys they had available. The cabin is small, but it is just as pictured so was not unexpected. Was still comfortable enough for three adults and two kids. The location is very private.

So peaceful!

We came up to ride ATV for a few days. This cabin was tucked in along the lake surrounded by trees and was very private. We thoroughly enjoyed our time sitting on the deck visiting, eating our meals and hearing the loons! It was so peaceful! Thanks again!

Nice getaway in Northern Minnesota

Immensely enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property located on Lake Belle Taine. We had a very pleasant time fishing and enjoying the views of the lake. Lots of wildlife activity was seen during our stay, a nice highlight while we were out fishing was seeing a couple of bald eagles. The owners were very responsive and helpful to any requests that we may have had during our stay. We are looking forward to our next trip here in the future.

A little getaway

We stayed for 4 nights . Great cabin, worked out beautifully for my wife and I. It was close to the water with nice dock to park my boat at. Gary was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Lake Belle Taine is a super clear lake. We enjoyed the lake and did some fishing . Also visited Nevis , Dorset, Park Rapids and Walker . Fun to check out the local town.

Great stay on a beautiful lake

We had a great vacation at this cozy, quiet cabin. The cabin itself has everything you would need but food, and was clean, peaceful, private, and the perfect spot to get away from work and enjoy the outdoors. The lake is clear, the little beachfront and dock were great for swimming, with several small boats, paddle board, etc., available. Nevis was a fun town to enjoy as well, with good restaurants, some interesting shops, and a fun ice cream parlor. The owners were readily available, friendly, and helpful. We wouldn’t change a thing, and absolutely enjoyed our time in Minnesota!

Relaxing Getaway

Just a super cute little cabin. "Cozy" to be exact, which is exactly what we were looking for. Property owner was super accommodating with our dog that likes to explore. The dock and little beach are nicely tucked away on a beautiful lake. I'd wake up, fix some coffee, sit on the dock for a couple hours, just soak it all in. Honestly, our stay made me wish I could move up there.

Stay at Belle Taine Lake

Our stay was wonderful even though the weather didn't fully cooperate. Cupboards were stocked with nice dishes, linens, towels were plentiful and were very nice. No need to bring anything except your food. Outside was ready for relaxing either on the deck or right down on the shoreline. We caught sunfish and bass right from the dock. It was great and we hope to return next year! And their dog Ray is adorable.

Great family get away

The property is well suited for families. The beach is perfect to collect rocks and shell (snail shells) and to catch sun fish right off the dock. My grandchildren had a blast. There are plenty of toys for playing in the sand and a paddle board and kayaks for older ones. The cabin is clean and comfortable. It reminded me of my own lake days - no tv or internet. Lots of games for quality family time.

Lakeside Relaxation

Our boys (6 and 3) spent as much time as possible in, around, and on the water. The small beach was perfect for them to splash around and play. It was great to have so many water toys on site, such as a kayak. The location was also great for getting in the car for adventures to Itasca State Park and to see Paul Bunyan. The cabin is small, but we found it to be an effective and intimate size to house our family of 4. I'd definitely recommend this place for a good lakeside getaway!

4th year back

We love this place and keep coming back. Its definitely small but that just creates a cozy feeling. Linda and Gary have been nothing but great. The paddleboard and kayak are a very nice perk. We used them quite a bit. We had a couple of little mishaps this year, through no fault of theirs, and they were very responsive in rectifying those. Highly recommend as a family getaway!

Great spot!

This was our third year back in a row, which maybe tells all you need to know. It has become a bit of a family tradition to stay at this cabin. It has everything you could want - a little swim area for kids, good fishing (at least for kids looking for panfish), updated interior (while maintaining a cabin feel), convenient pontoon rental, and it even faces the sunset. The new paddleboard and kayak were fun to play on as well. It's on the agenda for next year if we can make it work!
