Lovely cottage near a fantastic beach

Here you can enjoy a lovely vacation in a beautiful and scenic area in Øster Sømarken.



A lovely kitchen with a dining area, open to the living room. The house is bright with large window sections and several exits to the terrace. The house is modernly furnished with leather sofas, good chairs, and a table. The large bathroom has a spa bath and plenty of space. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Three bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom has two single beds. All the beds are good box spring mattresses, and there is plenty of space in the rooms.



Enjoy life outdoors

On the large terrace facing south, there are two sets of garden furniture. A small part of the terrace is covered, offering a shaded area. The outdoor shower is available from early May to mid-September. The shed can be used for storing bicycles, strollers, luggage, or other items. There is parking space for a car right next to the house, with an electric car charger (Type 2 with 11 kW).



Get close to the local experiences

The house is close to Sømarken’s lovely child-friendly sandy beach. It is slightly set back from the other houses in the area. On Holsteroddevej, there is a playground and several open spaces suitable for playing. Bakkarøgeriet is close by, where you can have lunch.
