Stylish Ouseburn Apartment with River & City Views

This is our newly refurbished flat. We've aimed for opulence and have furnished it with some distinctive pieces.

It has a large open plan living space with a spectacular view over the river Tyne to towards the Tyne & Millennium bridges. It has a luxury kitchen and bathroom and a large comfortable bedroom and a sense of stylish tranquility.

There are two bedrooms, one with ensuite and Firestick-equipped tv.

This is a newly refurbished modern top floor flat in Ouseburn, with spectacular views up the river towards the Tyne Bridge.

Our flat, which has been tastefully furnished isn't suitable for parties or gatherings. It's ideal for a luxurious stay in the North East.

The block is mainly home to young professionals and is generally quiet. So no parties or events are permitted.

Built in 2006, it's a modern construction with cozy double glazing and a Juliette balcony that opens onto the river. The flat is south facing and gets good light all day.

There's a dedicated office space and complimentary broadband.

In January 2024 the property was renovated, top to bottom with new kitchen, bathroom and decoration.

There is a basement car park in the block, which is free for guests and there is level, step free access to the property. Access to the fourth floor is via a lift.

Ouseburn has become Newcastle’s cultural quarter and one of the most vibrant creative communities in the North East. Home to artists, musicians, designers, printmakers, brewers and even sheep, Ouseburn is a thriving community that attracts an eclectic crowd.

Guests who book the two bedroom apartment can access the entire flat. Bookings for just one bedroom will not have access to the other bedroom.

A team member will greet you for check in and will be nearby to help with any issues. The host is available by phone too.

Ouseburn, Newcastle's cultural gem, is a vibrant and eclectic quarter where history and modern creativity converge. Known as the cradle of the industrial revolution, it now thrives as a creative hub, teeming with artists, musicians, and an array of cultural venues. The area boasts unique attractions like the family-friendly Ouseburn Farm and Seven Stories, the National Centre for Children’s Books. It also features The Biscuit Factory, the UK's largest independent commercial art, craft, and design gallery, nestled in a repurposed Victorian warehouse.

As night falls, Ouseburn's character shifts, revealing a lively social scene with historic pubs like The Cumberland Arms and contemporary eateries such as the Cook House, recognized for its exceptional cuisine. The district's streets are adorned with dynamic street art, adding to its eclectic charm. Ouseburn presents a perfect microcosm of Newcastle's spirit - a harmonious blend of historical significance and contemporary cultural dynamism.

To protect us and our neighbours from noise and nuisance, we have equipped the space with a Minut system that monitors noise and occupancy. The system links directly to Airbnb and flags up excessive noise, crowds and any kind of smoking.

Please note: The heating is controlled remotely. Even after requesting a little extra warmth because we had to have jumpers, leggings and thick socks on the whole time we were there, the answer was, ' It's set to a comfortable temperature' For us, it was not 'comfortable' at all.
