There are 5 bedrooms for guests: one master suite with 2 bathrooms (one for Monsieur with a shower and one for Madame with a bathtub), 4 guests bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one double, one with either double or twin beds and a double with private lounge located in the garden); plus one apartment for staff with a double room, full kitchen and living room.



The house boasts of a large living room with a fireplace, dining room with sea view, a TV room with international satellite channels, large terraces with dining and lounge area and a free-form heated pool.

The house has AC, fully integrated video/audio system with Creston sound system, brand new gym and an alarm system.
