This studio is located next to another independent unit: an ideal solution for groups or families who want to stay close while keeping their own space. The two units share the entrance but remain fully independent, each with its own private bathroom.

The apartment is ideal for 2–3 guests, but can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to a double bed, a single bed, and a French sofa bed.
It is important to note that when the sofa bed is opened, the indoor space becomes more compact, making this option better suited for flexible guests and simple stays.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Borbone pod coffee machine and everything needed for short or long stays.

The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, towels, and a courtesy set with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and disposable toothbrushes.

The location is one of the main highlights: beaches, restaurants, bars, and services are all within walking distance. The port is about 15 minutes away on foot, and the city center around 20 minutes. A bus stop is located right in front of the building.

Guests will have access to the entire studio and can check in independently using a keybox, collecting the keys easily and flexibly.
