With uninterrupted mountain views and a cosy interior, it would suit a family or friends looking for alpine adventures or a couple on a romantic break.

The apartment’s décor includes wooden panelling and floors, which make it both warm and contemporary. The open-plan living area is furnished with a sofa and a dining table for 4 people. French windows lead to the private balcony, which looks directly onto the mountains. Back inside, the galley kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and coffee machine.

On the border of Italy and France, Claviere is known for its unspoiled landscape and variety of ski slopes, which will suit skiers of all levels. It attracts both skiers and snowboarders during the winter months. The Claviere Via Lattea slopes (2-minute drive) connect skiers to 400km of ski slopes across Italy and France.

The apartment is in the heart of the charming resort of Claviere, which offers many different options for après-ski entertainment to suit all budgets. For self-catering, there are supermarkets within 15 minutes of the apartment.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis and golf (a 2-minute drive) at one of Italy’s oldest and highest golf clubs. The area also hosts many festivals, from music to food and wine.

Turin airport is a 1-hour and 25-minute drive from the apartment.
