We’re grateful for the feedback and are glad you had a good stay. We’re glad the room was warm
And that you were able to open the window to reach a temperature that suited you. We have different sized rooms in our property and have had lots of couples stay in room 3 and haven’t had any feedback that it’s been too small for them. Although the postcode takes you to the high street the guest guide we attach to every booking email gives detailed instructions on how to access the property including photographs but we’ll take another look at that to see if we can make it any clearer - maybe you missed the guest guide? If you’d let us know you were having trouble finding the entrance we’d have happily given you directions over the phone. Thanks
