Spread across three generous levels and accessed by an internal lift, this architect-designed villa effortlessly combines open-plan elegance with thoughtful detailing. The main living floor offers sweeping views through vast sliding doors that lead onto an expansive wooden terrace. Here, an infinity pool appears to merge with nature, while a shaded dining space invites long, leisurely meals. Indoors, the sleek kitchen flows into the dining and lounge areas, anchored by a modern fireplace, library and games zone featuring table football.
Guests can retreat to five well-appointed bedrooms, including a lake-facing master suite complete with walk-in wardrobe and a spa-style bathroom with Italian shower and large tub. Two further bedrooms (one with adaptable bed configuration) share a family bathroom on the upper floor, while two additional ensuite rooms are located on the main and lower level.

With beautiful views of Lake Annecy, Villa Enjoy is located between the pretty villages of Veyrier-du-Lac and Menthon-Saint-Bernard. In a residential setting, just a few metres from the main road, summer shuttle bus stop and famous cycling path, this is a superb location for exploring the beautiful region.
Start your mornings with a warm croissant from the boulangerie in Veyrier-du-Lac (1.3km), before picking up local cheeses and fresh fruit from the nearby grocery shop. Whether you’re planning a lakeside picnic or a fine dining experience, you’re well catered for – from the Michelin-starred delights of Yoann Conte to the laid-back charm of Café du Port, both just a short cycle, drive or leisurely walk away.
Menthon-Saint-Bernard (1.6km) is also very pretty, offering practical conveniences, including a pharmacy, butcher and other useful shops, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach.
The shimmering lake is the heart of this region – it’s around a 25-minute walk down to Plage de la Brune. Indeed, in both Veyrier and Menthon seasonal nautical centres offer paddle boards, pedaloes and boat hire for tranquil moments on the water. Local beaches also feature supervised swimming zones, paddling pools and diving platforms, along with relaxed snack bars and open-air eateries (do note that beach entry fees often apply and facilities are seasonal). Menthon’s scenic promenade provides idyllic lake access, culminating in the romantic silhouette of the historic Palais de Menthon.
Active travellers will be spoilt for choice. The voie verte cycling path loops around the lake, offering picturesque routes north to Annecy or south toward Talloires and Angon, following the main road parallel to the lake’s eastern shore. For a touch more adventure, explore the hiking trails around Mount Veyrier or venture into the wild beauty of the Roc de Chère Nature Reserve. Canyoning, paragliding and high-rope thrills await in nearby Planfait, while seasoned cyclists can tackle the climb to Col de la Forclaz for breathtaking views.

This Dunoyer villa is generously proportioned and set over three levels. Its unique features include: - an exceptional living space with state of the art kitchen and modern appliances, - floor to ceiling sliding doors opening up onto the lake front terrasse, pool and outdoor dining space - an infinity pool as well as jacuzzi and sauna* - entertainment equipment: sound sytem, large TV, table football, pingpong table, pétanque area - an internal lift to access all floors - a generous double garage to store bikes and sports equipment, as well as an outdoor sheltered parking area
At the entry level is the lobby with storage, a large double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, an office space and the large double garage.
Level 1 is the main living space, offering incredible views 300 degrees views over the lake and mountains. The large ultra modern kitchen, dining and lounge area are interconnected , all facing the lake with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors onto the wide wooden terrace, pool and outside dining and relaxing area. A prime spot to enjoy an aperitif in the sunset, practice yoga with the rise of the sun or work on a suntan! Large awning and electric shutters are fitted through out for your confort.
Along the house and next to the kitchen is a lovely sheltered area with the outdoor dining table and barbecue. At the back and far side of the house is a beaufitul, flat and shaded garden where you will enjoy playing ping pong, petanque, or rest in the cool of the trees. At the level is also a modest size double bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom (shower and WC).
The dining area is an extension of the kitchen worktop in beautiful solid wood. The lounge area is furnished with a large corner sofa, positioned in such way that you can enjoy the views at all time. A large library with selection of books and games is wrapped around the fireplace area, next to which the football table will invite for fun family moments.
