Residenza Alloro is a private holiday home located in Borgo Ticino, in the Piedmont region of Italy, just a few kilometers from the beautiful shores of Lake Maggiore (9 km) and the charming Lake Orta (20 km). It offers the peace and quiet of a green and tranquil area, while its proximity to Malpensa Airport (20 km) makes it especially convenient for those arriving by plane. The location is perfect for exploring not only Piedmont but also nearby Lombardy and other fascinating places.

Every room in the house has been carefully designed to offer comfort and a warm, welcoming atmosphere—so you can truly feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, dishes, and cookware.
The spacious and cozy bedroom features a king-size bed and a double sofa bed. The large, functional bathroom includes a hairdryer and a washing machine.

A private garage is available, providing a secure space to park your vehicle and store equipment or luggage.

Outside, you’ll find a fully fenced private garden and a pergola, offering a safe and pleasant area to relax—even with your pets!
We are proudly pet-friendly, and your furry friends are more than welcome. We kindly ask that you bring everything they may need (beds, bowls, etc.) and help keep the garden clean and enjoyable for everyone 😊

During the winter, the house can accommodate up to 3 guests, while in the summer, it can host up to 4 people.
