The house consists of 3 floors accessed by stairs.
It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, terrace and outdoor patio. In addition to a games room and a swimming pool.
All the rooms are furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom also includes all the necessary amenities.

You won`t want to go back home after staying here.

The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 12 people. It consists of three floors. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds.

6. Two sofa beds in the living room for two additional guests.

The property also has a swimming pool, but it is not available all year round. Only during the summer season

The accommodation is equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 Cleaning kit
Complimentary coffee
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of kitchen paper
If you require additional assistance, we are at your disposal.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
