Las vistas al océano están en todas partes desde esta casa junto al mar en Palmetto Dunes. El nivel inferior, con un conveniente bar húmedo, conduce a un patio a la sombra y un área de piscina y césped en expansión, bañada por el sol, con piscina y spa climatizados, ¡todos con impresionantes vistas al océano!

This house was phenomenal. From the sunrise to the bright ocean from the moon was just what our family needed. Relaxing in the pool and hot tub with amazing ocean views. My son got engaged on the beach which was amazing for us to get memorable pictures. Hilton Head and Flotilla was definitely our Happy Place for 2 weeks.

Perfect location. Perfect furnishings and bedrooms. Everything was so easy. A/c broke one day and leaked through the ceiling and a window facing the beach leaked with the rain the day we left, but that is what it is. A/c was fixed within hours. Property manager is awesome to deal with. This house was fantastic and we had a special week

Best beach vacation ever for our family

Everything we needed on vacation was available at this house. Beach is the best and the managers were on the ball. Would definitely return to Flotilla 11. Enough space for our family.

Wonderful experience

Beautiful house on the beach with pool and hot tub. We used the pool and hot tub daily. The house was perfectly equipped for three generations and was equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas as well as bikes. We enjoyed our week thoroughly.

“Restart Button Getaway”

My wife and I were in need of a getaway to relax and clear our heads after just completing a long buyout settlement with my ex business partner. Mentally, we were both fried and very much in need of EXACTLY what we found and experienced at 11 Flotilla. We seriously couldn’t have enjoyed our time there more. How was clean and exactly as shown in the pics. The views to the ocean are beautiful, the backyard is private and quiet and the pool and spa were perfect! We are already trying to decide when we will go back.

Hilton Head Island bucket list checked

The house and location were excellent. The house had many amenities and the kitchen had all appliances and gadgets for home cooked meals. Very short walk to the beach and the pool was excellent. The only issue that we had was the elevator. One member of our group was handicapped and it frequently was unreliable. We had to call the property manager three times to fix it The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the tv’s included streaming apps which worked better than the cable network.

Great rental

Great location, house and amenities. Really enjoyed being on beach and having the swimming pool. The air conditioner for the master bedroom did not work well so we had to keep fans running. Mgr was responsive & repair man did what he could, but the ac unit still couldn’t get under 78 during afternoons.

Perfect Stay

We held our family reunion at 11 Flotilla and couldn't be more pleased with the stay. The property was exactly as advertised. Everyone loved the pool, and the proximity to the beach provided a difficult choice each day! The house was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. I highly recommend this property. And the property manager, The Vacation Company, was incredibly responsive. If we called, they were there to help within minutes. They made the stay extra special.

Amazing Property

We stay at a lot of beach properties, and this was one of the best! The location was perfect...deep enough into Palmetto Dunes that you had tons of privacy and ample beach space, but close enough to the tennis courts and general store you could make a quick bike ride over (with the included bikes). The pool was refreshing, and walk to the beach across the dunes was quick (only bummer was the hot tub didn’t work when we were there, but I’m sure future guests won’t have that issue when it is repaired - and the manager was all over trying to get it fixed for us). The kitchen is well equipped, and the rooms super comfortable. Views from the balcony, windows and pool deck were awesome...many a beautiful sunrise the week we were there. Each bedroom had its own full bath, which was great in getting ready for dinner after a long day at the beach. Free access to the tennis and pickle ball courts was great, and the whole place was stocked with towels (including 20 beach towels!), kitchen gear, grill gear, beach chairs/toys/bikes, and everything else we needed for a great week. The location makes it a bit of a pricier choice vs. other rentals, but it was WELL WORTH IT....I’m so glad we splurged a bit and were right on the water....the cup of coffee from the Keurig every morning watching the sunrise was worth it alone, but heading quickly back between beach and pool and kitchen all day really made it work! I would highly recommend this property and definitely stay here again when we return to the island.

Being on the ocean was a game changer. We had three generations and the place worked for everyone

We loved the privacy of the house, inside and out. The master suite was fabulous but the other rooms made it possible for parents and little ones to be close. The elevator was great. One of our crew was in a cast so having access to the elevator was good. Our problems were minimal. It would be nice to have more towel racks in the master and more dish towels. But those are minor complaints.

Beautiful, comfortable beach house

A beautiful, comfortable beach house....come rain or shine. Choose this house and you are steps from the sand, a short walk to the general store, and short drive to fantastic restaurants, shopping and night life. I stayed at this home with a group of grown-up girl friends. While we didn't travel with children I could see that I could check into this house with my two small kids and be well set up. You may think the worst outcome for a beach getaway is a hurricane. But the home is so beautiful, comfortable and convenient, that it did nothing to dampen our trip.

Amazing home in a great location!
