The space
"La Patrona" is an exclusive residence with the best location within the Royal subdivision of Tezoyuca, Morelos. It is fully equipped and sleeps 12 comfortably.
Each date is exclusive to guests in shift, in an atmosphere of rest and peace and/or ideal for remote working. Therapeutic massage option to enjoy a holistic experience (subject to availability).
It has large gardens with incredible illuminated trees (3,500 meters of land).
Very close to the best wedding gardens such as Quinta Puerta de Agua, Fiesta Americana San Antonio el Puente, Hacienda Chiconcuac, Quinta Rubelinas Radisson, etc. and very easy to access from the highway, at Tec de Monterrey. 20 min from Xochicalco, Tequesquitengo, downtown Cuernavaca, Jardines de Mexico and 1 hr from Grutas de Cacahuamilpa and Taxco.

3 very spacious bedrooms (King Size beds, Air Conditioning and USB contacts for cellular charging) with stunning views of nature. Master bedroom with desk, reading lamps in the bed and bathroom inside the bed. The bedrooms 2 and 3 do not have an indoor bathroom; however, the nearest bathroom is in front of the 2nd bedroom. The bedroom 3, in addition to the King Size bed, has a double sofa bed, and is the only one that is located on a high floor, accessing by a spiral staircase; the closest bathroom to that bedroom is located when descending the staircase.
The 4th bedroom, also with Air Conditioning, is located in a private bungalow independent of the main construction, with a stay, dining room, bathroom inside, and 3 single beds (an extra single mattress on the floor exits one of the beds).
In total the property has 5 full bathrooms, all with glass gates in showers, and a half bathroom.
High-speed wifi with coverage throughout the entire property. Strict security within the subdivision, in addition to video surveillance cameras outside the property, automated lighting.
Fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, convection oven, air fryer, Instant Pot, sandwich maker, toaster, Nespresso machine *, cooking utensils).* Nespresso capsules not included.

The costs of pool and jacuzzi heating as well as the use of the air conditioners and wifi are included, so there will be no extra charge. Likewise, we have trusted staff, who will be at your service, from 9 am to 5 pm: 1 of them in charge of the exterior maintenance of the house, gardens and pool; and 1 of support in domestic tasks such as: bedding, toilet and elaboration of
their food with their own inputs, the latter at a cost of $550 Ps daily, which must be paid directly to the house staff during their stay. If you need extended hours of
support must be agreed and paid in the same way directly to the staff.
The staff will be very grateful to receive tips if the service they received was to their complete satisfaction.

To reinforce security in the subdivision, we will ask you to provide us at least one week before check-in the names of guests authorized to enter/stay at the home, as well as the number of cars to be entered. When entering the subdivision you must show your official ID.
