Great location!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the French quarter and we rarely got Ubers. Favorite stay in New Orleans so far! Will definitely inquire about staying here again in the future.

Great stay

The apartment was a great fit for our family of 5 adults. Comfortable, attractive, and an easy walk to French Quarter. Beautiful park within a few minutes on the same block. Host was very responsive and friendly!

Great Stay for Adults and Teens

Our family stayed here during NYE 2025 to attend the Sugar Bowl. The unit was clean, large and had plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone along with a full size kitchen and a small sitting space. The location was great. We didn't rent a car and were able to walk to the French Quarter, Jackson Square, Cafe Du Monde, and the Superdome. A few feet from the property is a pick up spot for Cajun Encounters (the swamp tour was great) and other tours. Lots of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby (we recommend Mr. B's Bistro, Napoleon's House, and May Baily's).Mike was extremely responsive and attentive from the start of our trip. Our first night there was when the New Year's Eve terrorist attack occurred on Bourbon Street. Mike was quick to check in with us to make sure we were safe and to let him know if we needed anything. We had tickets to the Sugar Bowl which was delayed a day and Mike offered us a free extra night so we could attend the game. We were so appreciative of his kindness. I would stay at Mike's property again without hesitation.

Great location in a comfortable apartment

Very close to the action, with lots of comfortable space. When an issue arose, the property manager dealt with it very promptly and with clear communication.

Convenient and Cozy stay in New Orleans

The location is absolutely perfect to walk to French Quarter. Congo square in literally the next block. Jackson square, Cafe du Monde, Pat O Brians - name it and you can walk there! Cozy living space kept us engaged in conversations and the comfortable beds were a delight. The shower in one of the bathrooms with the tub probably needs a little fixing but overall no complaints. Prompt host with detailed instructions and responds quickly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Good stay for friends

Good location, easily walkable to Bourbon Street. Stayed for my bachelorette party, perfect for a group of friends who are comfortable with each other since one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a wall. Ample towels and usable kitchen. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee provided.

Great time in New Orleans

We really liked the property. The location is excellent, out of the craziness of the bar scene, but walkable to all the French Quarter. Mike, the property manager, is wonderful. He is very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this location!

the location was great! love that we had gated parking. felt safer specially since we were a lot of just girls. most of the beds were a little hard, but overall the rooms were spacious. they provided plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this property! The location is incredible, just a few blocks from everything. Our favorite meal was right across the street at Bijou! Definitely recommend for a big group.

Great space with easy access to the French Quarter

We enjoyed this place a lot - it had all the stuff you needed, nice sitting area, plenty of beds. Easy check in an checkout. Location is top notch, and parking was easy. It wasn’t totally clear from the listing (or at least I couldn’t tell), but the bedrooms don’t have doors, so one of the bedrooms is basically an extension of the living room. Not a huge deal and wasn’t a problem for our group, but something to note. That notwithstanding, still a great place at a great price.
