The house has two bathrooms: on the main floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub and handheld shower, while on the lower floor there is a practical laundry area with a second bathroom equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for those who love to cook and share special moments around a laid table.



Wherever you are inside the villa, you can always stay connected thanks to the Wi-Fi network available throughout the house. Outside, two private parking spaces ensure maximum freedom of movement.
