A luxury apartment, elegantly built and furnished, it is located in the heart of Positano, vertically set upon the countryside, overlooking the colorful houses and white tops that reach the bright, blue sea. It is part of an old Positano villa with terracotta floor tiles and ancient background, with all its comforts where one can enjoy peace, quietude and privacy.

From the panoramic terrace you can enjoy a spectacular view, where you can admire the colorful bay of Fornillo, a famous Positano beach with the Saracen tower of Clavel and right across the islands of Li Galli literally translated as “The Roosters”.

The three islets, also known as Syrenuse by the ancient inhabitants, a mythical place where the sirens cast a spell upon Ulysses and enchanted him with their song. Legend has it that he chained himself down so that he would not give in to their temptation. Furthermore, the island of Li Galli was the home of the choreographer Leonide High and then the world famous ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev.

The structure is located just 40 steps from the main road and in its vicinity you will find restaurants, a newsstand, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop and all other conveniently located services. The beaches are within a stone’s throw leading to the main road or the famous stairway, which leads home by way of the dock in just a few minutes.

The house is laid out on two levels, the upper floor of the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and crockery. Also,a living room with a sofa and armchairs and with dining area comprising of fireplace, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. This floor has access to the panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture, cushioned benches, a large table with chairs under the wisteria-covered gazebo for the pleasure of dining and enjoying breakfast, also chairs where you can sip on an aperitif while taking in the breathtaking view.

The lower floor consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and antique style pottery with a bath and a bedroom with added sofa bed (without window but with air conditioning), and a bathroom with shower.
Included in the house services are wi-fi connection, bed linens and bath towels which are changed weekly.

A cash refundable deposit of € 500 is required upon arrival, the money will be returned at time of departure after the absence of any damage is verified.

An extra fee applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
EUR 20 from 20:00 to 22:00 hrs;
EUR 30 from 22:00 to 24:00 hrs.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Check-Out is by 10:00 am
Prices include taxes, cleaning costs upon arrival, wi-fi, electricity, bed linens and towels.

Extra costs to be paid upon arrival:
Final cleaning € 200 per stay.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
Garage (on request): € 40,00 per day (small/medium sized cars).
