Tucked away in the south-east corner of the island, Cactus is just 2.3km from Sivota, a charming fishing village located between Nydri and Vasiliki.
A brand new contemporary home, it comprises of three stylish bedrooms, all en suite and all enjoying direct access to an exterior terrace or balcony with impressive views across the Ionian Sea, the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. The light and modern living accommodation opens out directly onto the spacious pool terrace with panoramic views over the glistening water below and a comfortable exterior living/dining area to partake in a sundowner or family meal cooked on the barbecue. From this area guests can also marvel at the views towards Kefalonia, Meganisi, Ithaca and even the mainland.

The villa is just a ten minute drive along the coastal road to Sivota, known to be one of the most beautiful bays in Lefkada, with crystal clear waters surrounded by lush green hills and pine forest. Its sheltered and protected waters make it a popular place with the yachting crowd. The pedestrian seafront is lined with pretty flowers, colourful houses and picturesque tavernas serving traditional Greek cuisine, including fresh seafood, moussaka and souvlaki. The closest beach at Afteli has a shingle shoreline and emerald waters making it a prime destination for snorkellers. Further around the coast, the sandy beach at Vasiliki has shallow waters and all amenities making it a hot spot for families and windsurfers alike. Guests can drive or take a boat trip from Vasiliki to the famous west coast beaches such as Porto Katsiki and Egremni.

Being located close (100m) to Yasemi and Antonis Petros, Cactus would be a good choice for an extended family or a group of friends who can be near to each other whilst retaining their own individual space and privacy. Please note the coastal roads around Sivota can be hilly and narrow and the access to the property is steep. The access lane is unmade and so low wheel based vehicles are not recommended. The ground floor bedroom can be prepared as a double or a twin, please request at time of booking.
Please note: The Greek Government has introduced a Climate Tax which is payable by guests staying in hotels and other properties. For Cactus the charge is a flat rate of €15 (£13.04) per night. For your convenience we will add this amount to your booking, rather than you having to pay it in resort.
