As good neighbors make great friends, we cherish our rapport with the community. Please honor our agreement by keeping noise to an absolute minimum and refraining from gatherings or booming tunes beyond 11pm.

Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device - quiet hours are from 23:00 - 08:00.
Please note that sofa bed linen is not included in the nightly rate. If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know before you check in. There is an additional fee of £20 to cover the cost for fresh linen.
We kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we may add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
If you require a cot or highchair, we can deliver each item for £25.
