Our Villetta Volterraio is a delightful terraced house, perfect for those seeking a peaceful and comfortable holiday. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, ideal for preparing meals with ease. It includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both designed to ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom is modern and functional, complete with a comfortable shower. The main rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort even on the hottest days.

The center of Rio nell’Elba is less than one kilometer away and can be reached on foot or by car in just a few minutes.

Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a €40.00 surcharge.

Check-out: By 9:00 AM.

Linen: Bed and bathroom linen are not included. Guests may rent them up to 7 days before arrival. The cost is €40 for a double set and €20 for a single set. Linen must be collected exclusively at our office in Portoferraio.
