Not the greatest

Reviewer Comments: The first week the unit I checked in to had hair on the walls and drain of the master shower and sand all over the floor I cleaned it not that big of a deal. I extended my stay and was assigned a different room. This room was clean but the ac went out the second night. The gentleman they sent to fix it was unable to do so and told me he couldn’t do anything and it was a good thing it was overcast that day so it won’t get too hot!!! I left soon after that and didn’t stay for the all the nights I paid for.

First time in 1510 we really enjoyed the lounge chairs on the balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the updates in the condo, love the freshly painted and decorated unit. The candles in the master bath were a nice touch.

My 63 year old friend had to roll to her knees to get out of bed. The deck furniture was old and dirty. Completely unusable deck. The master room bed felt like plywood. The resort was clean and no complaints.

The absolute WORST property management we have ever experienced!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at this vacation rental for our son's baseball.We've had problems since before we even arrived.We always choose our Vacation around comfort and relaxation.We received none of the sort.A few days after they received our final deposit(30 days prior)I received an email stating that the pool & hot tub would be out of service because of renovation.They offered a 10% Discount.I was very Disappointed and so were the kids.After many times of trying to contact the property,leaving messages and emails. They finally answered.When I was voicing my concerns,they told me that the west end pool was still open(unheated) and can give us a token to go down the street to use the pool at the aquatic center.Which defeats the purpose of convenience.I then asked if we can just cancel, she said "sorry, no cancelations".I explained that this is our only vacation and we base them around relaxation, &pool.She said sorry ma'am, with no compassion or empathy.Then she said that they can give an extra 10% off and a token and nothing more. Then she proceeded to tell me that she was hanging up on me as I was talking. So I decided to let it go. Upon arrival, we learned that all the pools were closed & our unit was supposed to have bunk beds,that they reassured me when I asked prior to booking.I tried to call the front desk but they just had a non working prop phone. I used my cell phone, and called to voice my concerns. Diane, was very rude and hung up on me. Then I called back to try to understand why she was so rude with not one once of compassion.I asked her if she had children,she said," no, but she's sorry." Then hung up yet AGAIN!!! Then 2 people showed up at my door. One was the maintenance man and a woman with a clip board.They said under Florida law you don't need an emergency landline,we just have it because "the Canadians" like it. Not to sure what that meant, but ok.The morning of checkout they were at our door at 9:25am to basically kick us out.

Customer service was poor.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I arrived to checkin at 5:10, which my check in time was 5 pm Apr.8; and no one was there to check us in. I called the number on the website to get in touch with someone so that i can get the code for my unit and because it was after hrs no one answered. The website said office hrs ended at 6 but the whole time i was there the employees left early. After me and my kids waited and kept rrying to contact someone to help, i was finally able to reach someone after 2 hrs of waiting in the rain. Then I asked to extend my check out time because of my inconvenience and was told I could because a plumber was coming to fix a leak in the bathroom. There was no leak that I experienced while there in the unit. Secondly, why would a unit be rented out if there was a leak?

However it was 4th of July and Aqua's staff was working hard to free up some parking for the guest. Great Experience!!

After being referred by a friend we were looking forward to our week stay. Once arrived there was a subtropical storm coming in therefore we stayed in our room for the first 2-3 days. With 2 small kids and having NO internet (until the last day there) it was tough keeping our kids entertained. Also we were told we would get beach chair and umbrella which also wasn't available once arriving. This is only 2 of the issues we encountered during our stay.

Our stay at Aqua

Unfortunately we were not very happy this year with our stay. We know that the check in time is at 4pm. However we checked in around 9am, we know the process of Aqua. They call you when the room is ready.....but we waited for a phone one called us so we decided to call and it was not ready, so we waited-we understand it's a busy week and many rooms need to be cleaned but it was almost 2pm...we decided to go up to the desk bc now it was almost 4 and still no we went up to the desk and they tell us oh your room is the room had been ready and no one informed us... The second issue was that every time we stay at Aqua we always clean the room before we check out..just like we get it we turn it in....we even wash towels, clean the fridge, kitchen,sweep etc...when we FINALLY received our room we walk in and the room was dusty, floors had not been swept, everything in the bedroom was disconnected where we couldn't even use the TV, the shower was moldy, and every time you turned on the shower the water would come out the shower to the floor bc the shower head is too big for that shower...we had a pregnant women in the room and that was a big issue with her making sure she did not slip. Again we stay at Aqua all the time and every time we go visit PCB we have an enjoyable stay at Aqua, we always brag and refer friends to Aqua..we always feel like home when we check in at Aqua. I hope our stay next year will be more enjoyable like it has been in the past! On the plus side I deff saw more security at Aqua this year which was really good!
