If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 11:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.

Camberwell is a short train ride from central London with all its amenities. I chose the neighbourhood for the beautiful (Ruskin) park, the restaurants and bars, and because it feels like a proper neighbourhood with a wonderful diversity of people. The flat is within walking distance to several excellent supermarkets and the vibrant Brixton markets with fresh produce from around the world.
