Located directly on the Lungolago D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera, the Riviera apartment enjoys a prime location, just steps from restaurants, bars, and beaches, where every corner tells the story of a rich past and a timeless atmosphere.

Housed in a historic building on the second floor (without an elevator), the apartment offers an enchanting view of the lake, a spectacle that captures the soul.

It consists of a welcoming entrance hall with a long corridor leading to the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining, including crockery, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. (NO FOOD OR CONDIMENTS) and the following appliances:
oven, microwave, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and small freezer, toaster, croissant warmer, kettle, and drip coffee maker.
The dining room invites conviviality, featuring a round table with chairs, a sofa, and a small television with decoder.
The living room, with its romantic lake-view balcony and furnished with a small outdoor table and chairs, is the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable sunsets and breathe in the fresh lake breeze.
This area features an additional sofa, two armchairs, a stereo, and a desk.

The charming and atmospheric master bedroom is a haven of serenity, furnished with a romantic double bed, bedside tables, an armchair, and a wardrobe.

The twin bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds (the house is available for 4 people, although it sleeps 6. Additional guests are welcome upon written request prior to booking).

The bathroom has a shower, sink with mirror, toilet, and bidet.

At Riviera, time seems to slow down, while the lake tells its stories through the reflection of its crystalline waters, creating the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a peaceful stay.

ONE TOWEL KIT IS PROVIDED FOR EACH GUEST: 1 face towel, 1 shower towel, 1 bidet towel.
